Qualifications: Martina has been a real estate agent since 1989. She earned her broker's license in 1993. As a broker, she is certified as an expert in real estate transactions, with a fiduciary responsibility to put her clients' interests above all others, including her own. Martina is also a licensed notary public, risk-management specialist, and graduate of the Realtor Institute. She is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
Hispanics: Martina emigrated to the United States from Mexico as a child. She speaks fluent Spanish, and is very comfortable working with hard-working families who may not be aware of all the special programs and opportunities to purchase their first home.
Military: Martina has also been a part of the Marine Corps family for the past 20 years, and is very familiar with the special challenges of families continually deploying and transferring throughout the globe.
